Foam-filled roller shutters

DALLAN® T4-C24 and T4-C36 are the roll forming lines specifically developed to produce very high quality aluminium or steel roller shutters from prepainted coils.

Dallan® has developed a full range of machines offering speeds from 18 to more than 80 metres a minute to cater to all customer requirements, ranging from the starting up of a new company through to the multinational manufacturer with very high production volumes.

Roller shutters with heights anywhere from 12 to 55/77/100 mm can be manufactured with the DALLAN® COMBI fast production changeover system. When designing the equipment Dallan focuses on product functionality to ensure that the roller shutter not only looks good, but always moves and rotates correctly with adjustments/controls that are simple and practical.

The basic system includes the rollformer, the machine for producing polyurethane foam, the cutting unit and the punching machine for the ventilation holes. Other modules, such as the stacking bench, equipment for locking of the shutter curtains, insertion of the plastic caps and packaging can be added for more line automation.

In its 30-plus years of business Dallan has made and installed Dallan® T4 lines in more than 70 countries across the globe, at the same time developing new patented systems for completing the product and the roller shutter curtain.
