Plasterboard system

The DALLAN® T4-12 roll forming system has been developed specifically to manufacture studs, guides and ceiling profiles for drywall construction (Plasterboard system) from galvanised steel coils.

A complete range of machines, which operate from 30 up to 240 metres a minute have been developed to cater to all customer requirements, ranging from the starting up of a new company through to the multinational manufacturer with very high production volumes and fully automatic packaging systems.

In the last case, the bundles of profiles are coupled and strapped together to form packs of up to 1200x800 mm to deliver to the operator, complete with wood stacking strips at top, bottom and/or side ready for storage or dispatch. Dallan® also supplies all complementary machinery for the metal products that complete the Plasterboard system, such as the perforated angle bead to protect the internal corners as well as all accessories for assembly.
