Service Ticket

You can seek service for your Dallan® machine in one of four ways:

- Telephone assistance: free of charge, simply call +39 0423 734111 to talk to us directly
- Spare parts service
- Repair service
- Technical support service

To use the spare parts, repair and technical support service, you will need to open a Service Ticket (Dallan® ST).
This system allows us to track each individual Service request: simply fill in the fields below and give a description of the type of help you need. You will get an email confirming that the Service procedure has been initiated and giving you your Service Ticket number
