Systems and Lines

The Dallan® roll forming lines place a number of units in line to perform additional work on the profile/section, such as filling with polyurethane foam, punching, stamping or perforating the product, right through to packaging and assembly of the resulting profiles. This effectively reduces Work in Progress (WIP) and brings the manufacturing system more in line with the Lean Production philosophy.

The Dallan® Advance forming systems and roll forming lines are suitable for large-scale production, from mid-size companies through to multinational manufacturers.
