T-bar system for lay-in suspended ceiling

The DALLAN® T4-16 roll forming system has been developed to produce all elements of the T-bar structure used in suspended ceilings with lay-in panels: the main 3600 mm runner or element and the cross tee measuring 1200 and 600 mm.

Dallan® has developed a full range of machines and systems with output varying from 10 to over 100 metres a minute, thereby catering for all customer demands ranging from the starting up of a new company through to the multinational manufacturer with very high production volumes and automatic packaging systems. In this case the profiles are paired and packed in cardboard boxes, sealed and ready for storage.

DALLAN® machines are ideal for manufacturing T-bars of varying sizes and lengths to suit the specific requirements of local markets. DALLAN® also develops and manufactures machines to produce all the metal elements for the lay-in suspended ceiling system, such as 60x60 cm or 60x120 cm perforated and solid panels on which sound-absorbing film, the L or W-shaped edge profile to finish the perimeter of the room, as well as the accessories to fasten the structure to the existing ceiling are all applied.
