Constantly evolving cutting-edge technology is used in DALLAN machines to make them increasingly easier to use while maintaining high product quality.
All the forming, straightening, measuring and cutting tools are incorporated into a single one-piece structure in the MONOBLOCCO roll formers and adjustments are quick and easy to make.

Fully machined profiles are produced with the PROFILPRESS machining centres, which integrate the roll forming with stamping, punching and shearing.
Different width profiles/sections can be machined with the double toolhead DUPLEX ROLLFORMERS, which can be integrated with additional machining.

The COMBI technology employed for toolhead change makes for an extremely flexible system offering the possibility of very fast production changeover.

Our ROLL FORMING LINES integrate systems for accessory working such as the punching, stamping, welding, foam filling and final packaging of the profiles. Simple, user-friendly software has been developed to manage the roll forming machines and systems and to coordinate all movements necessary for performing the machining required on the profile/section.
