The DALLAN D610 roll forming machine and line is Dallan's most advanced system for the production of aluminum PU-foamed rolling shutter blinds. The D610 machines offer extremely high output, capable of machining up to 60 meters a minute on up to 55 mm height profiles.
This system is made up by:
- Double decoiler for fast coil change
- Dallan T4 rollforming machine
- Dallan Combi cassettes for the quick change of the rolling shutter slat model
- Advanced Foaming equipment
- Curing benches
- High speed Flying cutting shear
- High speed punching machine
- Bench for the stacking and insertion of the slats to form packages and/or curtains
The class T4 line features heavy duty, high-precision components to ensure the production of perfectly rigid and stable profiles also at these high speeds.
The ease of use of the Dallan T4 Combi for rolling shutter profiles is one of the features our customers appreciate the most. The change of the profile requires the replacement of just two cassettes which include the rollers, shafts, gear transmission and the straightening and calibrating units are integrated in one single bed plate. This ensures the fastest product-change and, what's more important, the alignment of all stations is guaranteed at all time and your profile require minimal adjustment.
The Dallan D610 roll forming line for rolling shutters features also advanced controls for the foaming process: everything is set up to ensure that the quality of the obtained profile meets the highest Dallan quality standards, and respecting the exclusive parameters for optimal rolling shutter functionality.
The Dallan Touch controlling software allows complete control of the production, that can be monitored from the office or by the connection to your ERP system. The machine operator has a user friendly graphic interface where it is immediately visible each line component status and the production parameters: the programming, use and maintenance of the line is fast and easy.
In addition to the D610 lines there are also lines operating at 80 metres a minute for specially studied profiles and are generally equipped with the COIL TO PACKAGE system.
