This has allowed us to develop a complete offering of service and training programs, tailored to the needs of various companies, from those with a single plant to those with over 20 systems installed.

Dallan Priority: Dallan’s priority tele-assistance service. 67% of all requests are resolved through phone and remote support.
Dallan Priority includes a package of remote assistance hours with our software engineers, allowing us to intervene on your systems immediately. You’ll also have access to the Dallan reserved area, featuring a collection of free training videos on the use and maintenance of Dallan equipment.
A team of expert technicians is available in multiple languages and responds within 24 hours of service confirmation. The Dallan Priority service automatically activates extended warranty coverage for your combi profiling units and gives you more favorable rates on labor and original spare parts.Dallan Extended Warranty: With Dallan Priority, the warranty for your new Dallan combi profiling units is extended to 10 years!
Dallan PMP – Preventive Maintenance Program:
This program organizes scheduled preventive inspections based on the type and number of installed systems, to define action plans and recommended spare parts. It includes:Preventive service, where we schedule future interventions.
Scheduled service, offered in different packages depending on customer type and number of systems.
Dallan Upgrade: Manages requests for system modifications after installation, including software changes, integration of new devices (printers, robots, labelers), communication with ERP and other systems, and custom perimeter safety upgrades with compliant safety devices.

Dallan Original Spare Parts ensure peace of mind, with all parts—especially electronic ones—pre-programmed and tested by our Service department.Dallan On-Site Service:
Our classic on-demand field service. Based on your initial report and phone diagnosis, a specialized Dallan technician may visit your facility. This service includes not only repairs but also support for plant relocation, with remote and on-site assistance from our expert technicians.
Our internal team includes 9 software developers: every request is handled entirely in-house, with no outsourcing to third-party companies!
DALLAN TRAINING
Dallan production systems are designed to be the easiest to operate—often, the one-week training provided during installation is enough for our customers to begin working independently.
However, we’re increasingly asked for training and refresher programs focused on line maintenance and operator upskilling.
On one hand, many companies are building their own in-house maintenance teams. On the other, they want more operators trained to run the equipment.
To meet this need, we’ve developed several dedicated training services:
Dallan Online Training: Pre-recorded webinars covering maintenance, programming, and operation of Dallan machines. This package is included with the Dallan Priority tele-assistance service!
Dallan Online Private Training: Customized private webinars on specific topics requested by the customer. The webinar and recording are made available in your reserved Dallan area.
Dallan On-Site Training: A Dallan technician visits your facility to train operators in functionality, programming, and maintenance of your line.
10-YEAR WARRANTY
What makes a rollformer reliable and easy to use?
Simple: the precision of the machining and the rigidity of the frame and roll shafts.
Combi units are the heart and soul of Dallan precision rollformers.
They include the shafts, head, gear transmission, and counter-supports all mounted on a single plate.
Each combi unit weighs less than 3 tons, making it easy to lift and swap with another unit on the same machine—allowing a complete production change in under 20 minutes. This gives every line incredible flexibility.
