Foam-filled roller shutter doors basically operate in the same way as a rolling shutter blind and are mainly used as garage doors. The profiles are made with aluminium and steel and usually filled with polyurethane foam.
These machines have more stations so that larger profiles from 55mm up to 77mm can be manufactured. The line includes decoiler, T4 roll forming machine, PU foam injection machine, fly cutting system with saw blade. Suitably accessorised, this line can also make traditional rolling shutter profiles with the addition of a punching machine and a stacking table.
