In 2000 Dallan set up an in-house die design and production unit: Dallan – Tooling Division today employs 14 persons and fully meets the production requirements of Dallan and its customers, also supplying bespoke dies for progressive pressing applications as well as tooling for existing machines.
We use top quality materials to guarantee the long life of the dies and obtain standard components solely from leading European manufacturers.
Lastly, since we own the designs and carefully check them, our customers have access to detailed documents, exploded views of the dies and everything that is useful for correct maintenance and use of the equipment.
