Every Dallan system has been studied to make adjustment as easy as possible, even by personnel with little or no experience in rollforming: the DALLAN NONIUS adjustment system, to be found on each shaft of every Dallan roll former, allows the position of the roll forming shafts to be adjusted with micrometer accuracy.
At the end of the final test and inspection c/o Dallan, the indicators are reset to factory settings, so that your operators can adjust the machine with all peace of mind knowing that they can return at any time to the basic default settings.
